This is a modern street dance that makes you fall in love with at first sight, especially children. It includes elements of acrobatics, aerobics, power tricks and plastics.

A distinctive feature is that it, like gymnastics, develops absolutely all muscle groups and gives incredible physical training. It helps to self-realisation. Thanks to this direction, many children gain confidence in life and find close-minded friends.
Since 2018, Break-dance has become an Olympic sport.
