“Kuntsevo Plaza” makes a special emphasis on a healthy lifestyle, well-being and family entertainment. The concept of the project includes some of the most popular modern trends: unique architecture, high-end fashion brands, popular restaurants and spacious exhibition areas.
The creative concept for the “Kuntsevo Plaza” multi-use development was designed by Jerde Partnership, one of the most prominent commercial space architectural studios in the world. They have previously worked on such projects as Mall of America in Minnesota, Santa Monica Place in California, Kanyon mall in Istanbul and Zloty Tarasy shopping center in Warsaw, among others. MXD Development Strategists, a Canadian consulting firm, was hired to conduct research & consulting services for optimum retail concept and functional zoning.
Novel building facades break into multi-colored sparkles under the sun, setbacked glass roofing resembles a rainbow-style kaleidoscope. Every level of the mall includes spacious green terraces with restaurants and lounge areas. A significant share of the utility area is dedicated to exhibition spaces - specially constructed conceptual pavilions and high-tech halls, where the public can already enjoy various painting and photo exhibitions, retro automobile shows, runways, work-shops by leading architects and designers.
